Hi, I’m Ashley—a parenting coach passionate about helping you navigate anxiety, caregiver fatigue, and the complex transitions that come with raising kids. Whether you’re overwhelmed by the mental load, grieving the loss of how you thought parenting would feel, or just trying to find yourself again, I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space to pause, reflect, and move forward with more intention.
Starting coaching—whether it’s your first time or you’re circling back for support—can feel like a big step. I get that. My aim is to create a space that feels grounding, collaborative, and truly yours. As you sort through the noise of parenting advice, expectations, and inner doubts, we’ll treat your vulnerability not as a weakness, but as the starting point for real change.
Coaching with me is a partnership. You bring the lived experience; I bring tools and perspective to help you see what’s getting in the way. Together, we’ll use your values—and a bit of mindfulness—to navigate what matters most and what you’re ready to release.
I blend mindfulness-based tools from MBCT with a solution-focused, strengths-based approach to help you:

I'm a mom of one toddler and one cat. My life is all about golf now as this is the main fixation of my son, even when we hike the sticks are clubs and the freshly bloomed daisies are golf balls. I never imagined my life being where it is now, but once I learned how to discover myself in adulthood I learned how to enjoy things more. I read murder mysteries and hike but am infatuated with the Malibu Barbie Cafe in Austin. I'm also a plant mom despite them all dying while I was pregnant because the garden is growing anew thanks to my friends but not thanks to my cat. A couple of my favorite quotes are:
“Be patient with yourself. The journey between practice and perfect is mistakes.” – Toloupe Dyewole
"Self-care is giving the world the best of you instead of what's left of you." - Katie Reed
