I work with children, teens, adults, and couples, with a particular interest in OCD, intrusive thoughts, relationships, and intimacy. A lot of the people I work with are carrying something that feels difficult, uncomfortable, or even embarrassing to talk about. Whatever brings you in, you don’t have to clean it up or make it easier to say before you get here.
We can start with what’s actually going on.

I want you to be able to settle into the couch, take a deep breath, and say the things you’ve been afraid to say out loud. Intrusive thoughts, sex, relationships, trauma, fear, the parts of yourself you’re sure can’t be normal. Your real life belongs in the room.
And I promise, you won’t see me flinch. We can pull out whatever is in there and start untangling it together. I’ll bring warmth and humor, and hopefully we’ll laugh sometimes, even while we’re talking about really hard things.
I want therapy to feel a little like old sweatpants and a really good hug: comfortable enough that you can exhale and be honest. But comfortable doesn’t mean we stay put. Once you’re ready, I’ll be right there with you as we move through the things that have kept you stuck.
Some of the things we struggle with most are the things we’re most afraid to talk about. My approach is warm and direct, and I’m comfortable going into the places that can feel messy, uncomfortable, or hard to explain. Rather than judging a thought, feeling, or experience, we’ll get curious about it and start untangling what’s actually going on.
I want you to leave with more than a place to talk. Together, we’ll work toward understanding yourself more clearly, loosening the grip of fear or shame, and finding ways to move through what has been keeping you stuck.

I’m a relational therapist through and through. I believe healing happens in safe, authentic connections, and I strive to create a space where you can say the things you’ve never felt safe enough to say out loud. There is nothing you can tell me that will shock me—your mess, your fears, your desires, your shame—all of it is welcome here.I love getting to know the deepest parts of my clients, even the ones they’ve struggled to accept. Together, we’ll explore those hard, hidden pieces with curiosity and compassion, so you can learn to embrace yourself fully. You don’t have to do this alone—I’d love to grab your hand and walk alongside you. My favorite quote is:
"Matilda received the most hopeful and comforting message of them all - you are not alone." - Roald Dahl
