I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, identity, and relationship concerns, and I especially enjoy working with men who are used to being the ones who get things done. You may be successful at work and still feel disconnected at home, frustrated in your relationships, or unsure how to make room for yourself without dropping everything else you’re responsible for.
My goal isn’t for you to stay in therapy forever. I want our work to give you the language, skills, and understanding you need to communicate better, decide what actually deserves your attention, and reconnect with the people who matter to you.

I’m pretty practical about therapy. We’ll talk honestly about what isn’t working, figure out what matters most to you, and work on the skills and language that can help you do something different outside of this room.
That might mean learning how to communicate with your partner instead of shutting down or getting frustrated. It might mean figuring out what actually deserves your time when everything feels important. Or it might mean finally making some room for yourself after years of putting yourself on the back burner.
I’ll work alongside you, challenge you when it’s useful, and help you practice new ways of handling the relationships and responsibilities that matter most.
I use a mix of CBT, EFT, and trauma-informed approaches depending on what brings you to therapy and what actually works for you. Sometimes we need practical strategies for what’s happening right now. Other times, we need to understand the experiences, emotions, or patterns underneath it.Whatever we’re working on, I want therapy to be useful. We’ll focus on helping you understand what’s happening, communicate more clearly, and make changes that carry into the relationships and parts of life that matter to you.
Areas of Focus:

Fitness saved me during my own struggles with weight—now you’ll find me at Boomfit (my gym family) or training for triathlons (yes, even that time I rode a tricycle in scuba gear!). A lifelong Texan, I’m equally passionate about live music (I’ve got a hidden album on iTunes), queso from Gringos, and my home zoo of pets. My background with military/first responders fuels my mission: to help you discover the strength you already hold.
Fun fact: I’ve run 12 triathlons… but mascots still terrify me.
