Can't believe we're bringing something brand new to the Brazos Valley--our first-ever Mental Health Poetry & Music Festival!
This will be a FREE, one-night event, showcasing original music and poetry from local voices, all centered on mental health stories--the moments, thoughts, and the emotions that shape who we are. Whether it's your own experience or what you've witnessed in others, this is a stage for real, raw, and powerful expression.
Got a story to tell? Hear Me Out is open to performers of all ages.
We are looking for original poetry and music that speaks to mental health--whether it's about resilience, grief, identity, healing, or hope. This is your chance to share your voice on stage, connect with the community, and be part of a powerful night of creativity and care.
For young performers: Share a song, rhyme, or poem about what helps you when you feel worried or sad, who supports you on hard days, or what brings you joy. Every voice matters--no matter how big or small.
Submission guidelines and performer entry details will be available on our Entry Form.
