I provide compassionate, collaborative therapy for children, adolescents, college students, adults, couples, and elders. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, or relational issues, I’m here to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your concerns, uncover your strengths, and achieve meaningful change.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. I believe therapy is a partnership where you’ll feel supported, accepted, and empowered to grow. Together, we’ll explore underlying patterns, develop practical strategies, and celebrate victories—big and small—along the way.
My approach is equal parts sassy and compassionate, offering a refreshing perspective that fosters self-discovery and growth. Whether you’re navigating career challenges, relationship issues, or personal development, I’m here to help you cultivate greater self-awareness, resilience, and fulfillment.
My therapeutic style is collaborative, client-centered, and strengths-based, drawing from evidence-based approaches like EMDR-Trained, Gottman Method (Level 1 Training) and Sand Tray Therapy. I specialize in helping clients navigate life transitions, manage stress and anxiety, and process emotional trauma.

I’m a proud Longhorn,🤘🏽but a few mornings a week, you’ll find me at Texas A&M helping student-athletes achieve academic success. While I don’t exactly “saw varsity’s horns off,” I do root for the Aggies- except when they’re up against my Longhorns. This past season, I made it to several sporting events, but I’m especially proud of attending 7 UT/A&M games. My day isn’t complete without doing the Wordle, Connections, or the Mini Crossword puzzle. A good yoga class and adding a new book to my Storygraph always make me smile. Some of my favorite spots in BCS are Sunbeam Bagels, The Owl, Hyperbole, and Aggie Park. My favorite quote is:
"The light of love is always in us, not matter how cold the flame. It is always present, waiting for the spark to ignite, waiting for the heart to awaken and call us back to the first memory of being the life force inside a dark place waiting to be born - waiting to see the light." - Bell Hooks
