I love my work, but when I’m out of the office, you’ll find me spending time with friends, birdwatching, traveling, trying new foods, or diving into a heated game of Uno or Skipbo. Counseling has been a transformative space for me—a place to feel known, understood, and gently challenged to grow. It’s an honor to now hold that same space for others. Two Truths & a Lie (you decide the lie!): My first pets were a duck and a turkey, I caught my first shark at 4 years old, and my first time horseback riding was in Australia. Life’s been quite the adventure! My favorite quote is:
Do the best you can until you know better. Then, when you know better, do better. - Maya Angelou
